Story – Alzheimer’s Messenger

Author's Note: If reading on a phone or tablet, this story is best read in Landscape Mode.

Alzheimer's disease is named after Dr. Alois Alzheimer. In 1906, Dr. Alzheimer noticed changes in the brain tissue of a woman who had died of an unusual mental illness. Her symptoms included memory loss, language problems, and unpredictable behavior.

Many of us have heard of the Capitol Hill Occupied Protest or CHOP.

The Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ) or Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP), was an unlawful occupation protest and self-declared autonomous zone in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington.

Established June 8, 2020
Disbanded July 1, 2020

Although short lived, Seattle, and many other liberal led cities, have been dealing with “occupations” of various neighborhoods, especially at night. The police call these No-Go-Zones.

Karl Müller has had enough of these shenanigans.

The neighborhoods of Seattle WA are shown below.

The red boxed in area are the main No-Go-Zones.

Here is a zoomed in view.

Over the past few years, these areas have been the meeting place of many militants and anti-government types. Some of them even have their headquarters there.

Thousands of these like-minded individuals, especially on weekend nights, will cordon off the area so police vehicles cannot enter.

They block the intersections with anything handy.

The areas blocked by the criminals keep expanding. Local residents know to clear out of the areas at night as they are easy prey for the predators.

12am, Saturday, July 29. We find ourselves inside the Seattle No-Go-Zones, atop the Smith Tower, where Karl Müller sits observing the mayhem. The No-Go-Zones are very full tonight, and it is easy to make out their outlines from this vantage point.

Karl is 16, and a prodigy in chemistry.

In his hands he holds a drone controller.

He has another device velcroed to it with a red on-off switch.

He picked this roof as he needs line of sight in order to make sure he can control the drone during the mission and have it safely return to him.

The drone sits to his left. It is equipped with an HD camera, GPS, and altimeter.

It is not a very heavy duty one, but it can carry ten pounds, which is more than enough.

His budget was limited.

He slowly raises the drone above the roof and let’s hit hover. The drone is black as are the canisters attached to it.

He sets it back down.

Battery life is well over four hours.

He checks his map one last time. His location is clearly marked and the street grid is clear as crystal.

He sits back, his laptop screen receiving the HD camera’s transmission.

And the drone is aloft.

He does a systems check on his laptop.

He had read about every terrorist that used a tower, the most famous being the University of Texas tower shooter, 25-year-old Marine veteran Charles Whitman.

On August 1, 1966 he killed 15 and wounded 31 in 90 minutes.

The drone flew, maintaining a 15 foot elevation, to the intersection of 1st Ave and King St. and turned left.

He immediately pushed the red switch to on.

An invisible, tasteless and odorless gas, his invention, began emitting from the canisters in a beautiful fan shape covering an eight foot span.

He made three flights over each street to ensure adequate coverage.

Drones were so ubiquitous that no one on the ground paid them any mind.

Exactly 90 minutes later, in an homage to Charles Whitman, the drone was back to the safety of the roof.

There were no casualties, but don’t dismay my loyal dear readers, as Karl had no intention of taking a human life.

No, death was too lenient a punishment.

You see Karl’s invention caused those that inhaled it to develop Alzheimer's Disease.

Once released it stayed virulent for 5 minutes, and then it evaporated, undetectable, into the atmosphere.

Alzheimer’s usually starts to show itself between three and 11 years after diagnosis.

Karl’s invention sped up this process.

Within 2 months 5,652 occupiers of the WA No-Go-Zone were showing symptoms, and within 7 months they had end stage Alzheimer's Disease. Most were young and otherwise healthy, so they would need 24/7 care for a long, long time.

Their parents would have to take care of them like infants for the rest of their lives.

Karl knew this was an adequate sentence for everyone.

The parents needed to pay for raising human sewage and letting them loose on the world.

We have all seen the riot and occupation footage so there is no need to say what the criminal occupiers needed to pay for.

Karl knows that his great great uncle and namesake, World War I German scientist Karl Müller, inventor of AMGCR, would be proud.

He followed his great great uncle’s war plan:

Why kill the enemy, when you can maim their families for decades?

The next 10 Saturdays he traveled to other U.S. socialist enclaves.

Total human sewage infected: 145,416

At 45 he won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry.

The FBI still has him on the ten most wanted list.

He was proud to get a nickname, like unabomber or zodiac.

He had it framed and hung it next to his Nobel Prize.
